The NYC condom package design contest wrapped up Tuesday. After tallying more than 15, online votes, the New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene announced that a design by a Queens man showing a power button would adorn six million limited-edition free condoms set for release this year. The winner, Luis Acosta, who studied at the Pratt Institute, beat four other finalistswhose designs included an image of a top hat symbolic of chivalry and a train going into a tunnel.
